Return & Refund
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, you're welcome to send it back to us for a full refund. Please find more details about our return policy below.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, please make sure to send your item back within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Refunds
Upon receipt and examination of your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Kindly allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the time we receive your item for us to process your return. Depending on your credit card issuer, it might take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement. We will send you an email notification once your return has been processed.

Product when arrived was 10/10, no faults. The only issue is that the delivery was an issue, but this was out of the companys control. However they assisted the best that they can and communicated really well via emails, and IG DMs. I have to commend how well they ran their service even without a phone number to contact. Really happy overall and definately will recommend them
